A Meet and Greet is a free, 15-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit. It’s a chance to connect, ask any questions, and learn more about my approach to therapy. If you don’t see a time that works for you, please feel free to send me an email, and I’ll do my best to find something that fits your schedule


Talk Therapy

Talk Therapy sessions are 50 minutes long and provide a safe, supportive space to explore whatever’s on your mind. I offer weekly, biweekly, monthly pre-booked sessions, as well as the option to book on an as-needed basis, depending on your needs and availability


EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is structured trauma-focused therapy designed to help people process and heal from distressing memories and experiences. You will work with Chantelle through the 8 phase EMDR protocol
